To fix it I did this: 1. Install it as normal 2. Run the updates in the +Updates+ folder (The battery update gives a warning about not installing the library updates if you didn't install all the discs, but works fine if you continue) 3. Copy the cracked x64 exe files from the DYNAMiCS-WiN\EXE folder into C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\[Program name] (overwrite the existing files) 4. Copy the cracked x64 VST dll files from the DYNAMiCS-WiN\VST\x64 folder into C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Komplete 6\VSTPlugins 64 bit (overwrite the existing files) 5. Copy the cracked 32bit dll files from the DYNAMiCS-WiN\VST\ folder into the folder where you install your VST files into (overwrite the existing files) 6. After these steps it would appear registered and activated in both standalone and VST in FLStudio 9.
